Head Chef
About the role
We are looking for a head chef to join our team aboard M/Y Mistral 44, a m80 100 motor yacht based in St Maarten, Caribbean. This is a temporary position in our galley department. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable, a strong team player and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Responsibilities
• Plan menus across breakfast, lunch, canapés and dinner • Provisioning and supplier relationships • Crew meals to a high standard • Galley HACCP, hygiene and waste control • Dietary requirements and guest preferences
Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant yachting experience • Food Hygiene Level 2, STCW • Spoken: Spanish, French • Valid passport and right to work in joining country • Clean criminal record and references
