About the role
We are looking for a captain 3000gt to join our team aboard M/Y Allegra 29, a m40 60 motor yacht based in Marmaris, Turkey. This is a rotational position in our captain department. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable, a strong team player and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Responsibilities
• Overall command and safe operation of the vessel • Crew leadership, training and welfare • Owner / guest relations during ownership and charter use • Budget, ISM and class compliance • Itinerary planning and risk management
Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant yachting experience • Y2, ENG1 • Spoken: Spanish, English • Valid passport and right to work in joining country • Clean criminal record and references
