Relief Captain
About the role
We are looking for a relief captain to join our team aboard M/Y Sundance 29, a m24 40 motor yacht based in St Thomas, Caribbean. This is a rotational position in our captain department. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable, a strong team player and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Responsibilities
• Overall command and safe operation of the vessel • Crew leadership, training and welfare • Owner / guest relations during ownership and charter use • Budget, ISM and class compliance • Itinerary planning and risk management
Requirements
• 9+ years of relevant yachting experience • Y1, Master 3000, STCW • Spoken: Italian • Valid passport and right to work in joining country • Clean criminal record and references
