Charter Manager
About the role
We are looking for a charter manager to join our team at our Ibiza, Spain office. This is a permanent position in our shore based department. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable, a strong team player and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Responsibilities
• Liaise with crew, owners and management offices • Operational planning and supplier coordination • Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation • Support recruiting, payroll and crew movements
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant yachting experience • Spoken: French, German • Valid passport and right to work in joining country • Clean criminal record and references
