Sailing Deckhand
About the role
We are looking for a sailing deckhand to join our team aboard M/Y Heliotrope 26, a m60 80 motor yacht based in Plymouth, United Kingdom. This is a permanent position in our deck department. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable, a strong team player and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Responsibilities
• Watchkeeping and bridge support • Maintain exterior teak, paintwork and stainless • Tender operations and guest transfers • Lines and anchoring during port and berthing manoeuvres • Support water-toy programme during charters
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant yachting experience • PDSD, STCW • Spoken: Spanish • Valid passport and right to work in joining country • Clean criminal record and references
