Chief Engineer
About the role
We are looking for a chief engineer to join our team aboard M/Y Amber Tide 76, a over 100m motor yacht based in Bali, Indonesia. This is a seasonal position in our engineering department. The ideal candidate is professional, presentable, a strong team player and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work.
Responsibilities
• Routine and planned maintenance across mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems • Watchkeeping at sea and during charter operations • Manage spares, technical inventory and yard contractors • Compliance with class and flag-state requirements
Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant yachting experience • Y3, Y4, AEC1, ENG1 • Spoken: English, French • Valid passport and right to work in joining country • Clean criminal record and references
